We primarily produce pressed, punched, surface-treated, machined, and injection-molded products with high precision. Our Business Areas

We operate in four business areas that together cover the entire production flow: pressing & punching, machining, injection molding, and surface treatment. With extensive experience and modern technology, we support customers who require high precision, efficient production, and quality in every detail.

Pressing and Punching

We also manufacture pressed and punched components in both small and large series. With hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 2,500 tons, we deliver high precision, stable processes, and flexible capacity for the bearing, automotive, and engineering industries.

Cutting, Machining and Milling Processes

We provide cutting machining and milling processes for the bearing industry and other demanding applications. Using advanced multi-axis machines with pallet changing and robotic automation, we machine large and complex components up to Ø 2000 mm with high precision, consistent quality and efficient production.

Surface Treatment

We offer fully automated and manual manganese phosphating as well as advanced blasting. With capacity for parts up to 2,500 mm in diameter, we ensure durability, cleanliness, and surface performance at every stage of the process.

Injection Molding

In injection molding, NKC is today an established subcontractor for the automotive industry. We manufacture components for electric power steering systems and specialize in advanced safety parts that combine metal and plastic.
