Advanced Machining for Large and Demanding Industrial Components

NKC is an experienced partner in precision machining. We offer milling, laser cutting, and turning with the capacity to handle very large components for industries such as wind power, mining, and heavy industrial gearboxes. With modern multi-operation machines, pallet changing systems, and robotic automation, we ensure high precision, efficient production, and consistent quality – even for complex geometries and heavy components.

How the Work Process Works

Our machining process is based on advanced CNC technology and automated cells. Raw material is secured in the pallet systems and processed step by step in our DMC Deckel Maho machines.

The large milling machine can handle components up to Ø 2,000 mm, while our automated cell with robot and washing system can handle parts up to Ø 1,200 mm.

During the process, dimensions, geometry, and surface finish are continuously monitored to ensure high precision. Through robotic automation and pallet changing, setup times are minimized, allowing us to deliver prototypes, small series, and heavy industrial components with consistent quality and short lead times.

3D Laser Technology uses highly concentrated light beams to perform advanced operations such as three-dimensional sheet metal cutting.

Pressing and Punching

We also manufacture pressed and punched components in both small and large series. With hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 2,500 tons, we deliver high precision, stable processes, and flexible capacity for the bearing, automotive, and engineering industries.

Surface Treatment

We offer fully automated and manual manganese phosphating as well as advanced blasting. With capacity for parts up to 2,500 mm in diameter, we ensure durability, cleanliness, and surface performance at every stage of the process.

Injection Molding

In injection molding, NKC is today an established subcontractor for the automotive industry. We manufacture components for electric power steering systems and specialize in advanced safety parts that combine metal and plastic.
