In injection molding, NKC is an established supplier to the automotive industry, with particular expertise in components for electric power steering systems. With four injection molding machines and two complete production lines including tempering, washing, and turning, we deliver stable and repeatable quality at every stage.

How the Work Process Works

The work process begins with the preparation of tools and raw materials. In our four injection molding machines – two at 350 tons and two at 75 tons – the plastic material is melted and injected into the mold under controlled pressure.

After molding, the component proceeds through an automated production chain that includes tempering for improved strength, washing for cleanliness, and turning where needed for precision parts.

Each step follows carefully controlled parameters to meet the automotive industry’s high standards. The result is components with exact tolerances, stable quality, and full traceability – ready for critical safety applications.
