Pressing and Punching

Pressing and Punching with Power, Precision, and High Capacity

NKC offers advanced pressing and punching for components that require high accuracy and stable processes. With hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 2,500 tons, we can produce everything from small series parts to large and complex components for the bearing, automotive, and engineering industries. Our combination of high pressing force, automated production flows, and modern control systems provides a reliable and cost-effective process with repeatable results.

How the Work Process Works

The pressing and punching process begins with tool preparation and material handling. In our hydraulic and mechanical presses, the material is fed into the die where it is formed or cut with controlled force to achieve precise geometries according to customer specifications. We operate with pressing forces ranging from 40 to 2,500 tons and handle parts up to 1,400 × 1,400 × 1,100 mm.

For complex series parts, we use our transfer press line, where three hydraulic presses work in sequence alongside a mechanical press.

Automated handling ensures short cycle times, stable quality, and high repeatability – ideal for high volumes and components with critical tolerances.
