Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment with Maximum Durability and Precision

NKC offers both fully automated and manual manganese phosphating as well as advanced blasting. We handle everything from small series parts to large components up to 2,500 mm in diameter – with consistent quality, high precision, and full traceability throughout the process.

How the Work Process Works

Our surface treatment processes are designed to provide products with optimal strength, cleanliness, and corrosion protection. Manganese phosphating is performed either fully automatically for high volumes or manually for larger and more complex components. The automated equipment handles parts up to 840 × 840 × 600 mm, while the manual process accommodates sizes up to 2,000 × 2,000 × 450 mm.

The blasting process is integrated into the production flow. Our facilities can handle components up to 2,500 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height, as well as smaller parts up to 1,200 mm in diameter and 400 mm in height.

Each step is carried out with controlled parameters to ensure a clean, even, and durable surface – ready for further machining or final assembly.
