Eccentric Presses

NKC operates 20 eccentric presses with capacities ranging from 40 to 225 tons, giving us flexibility in the production of both small and medium-sized components. The machines can handle workpieces up to 740 × 740 × 700 mm, enabling the processing of parts with high precision and stability. Our fleet of eccentric presses delivers fast cycle times and reliable quality, regardless of batch size.

How it works!

Eccentric pressing is a method in which a mechanical drive system with an eccentric shaft converts rotational motion into linear press movement, providing high precision and repeatability when processing sheet metal and other materials.

At NKC, the presses are controlled by modern systems that ensure consistent force distribution and pressure throughout the entire work cycle. The workpiece is placed in the forming tool, and the press shapes the material according to specifications without compromising dimensional accuracy or surface finish. This technology makes eccentric presses particularly well suited for series production and components with complex geometries, while keeping the production flow efficient and fully traceable.
