Work at NKC

Injection Molding

NKC is currently a subcontractor in injection molding for the automotive industry, with a focus on components for electric power steering systems. We are experts in manufacturing advanced safety components that combine metal and plastic, requiring high precision and integrated production expertise.

Our injection molding facility consists of four machines – two at 350 tons and two at 75 tons – and the production lines also include tempering, washing, and turning, ensuring a complete and automated process from start to finished component.

How it works!

Injection molding is a process where molten plastic is injected into a mold under high pressure to create parts with precise geometry and surface finish. At NKC, this is combined with metal components to produce robust and safe products that meet the automotive industry’s stringent requirements.

The production lines with tempering, washing, and turning enable an automated and repeatable process, ensuring high quality and minimal tolerances. This comprehensive solution makes NKC a reliable partner for both standardized and custom components in safety-critical applications.
