Work at NKC

Laser Cutting

NKC operates two Trumpf TLC 1005 laser machines installed in an advanced production cell that includes a lathe, robot, measurement, and deburring. The machines are equipped with rotary tables capable of handling diameters of up to 1,300 mm, providing great flexibility in machining circular and complex components. This configuration ensures fast, precise, and automated production with high repeatability.

How it works!

Laser cutting uses a high-energy laser to melt or vaporize material at precisely defined points, resulting in highly accurate cuts with minimal waste. At NKC, the machines are controlled by advanced systems that integrate turning, robotics, measurement, and deburring to optimize process flow and ensure quality in every component.

The rotary table makes it possible to process large, round workpieces and complex geometries without compromising precision or surface quality. The result is components with exact dimensions, clean edges, and short lead times—ideal for both prototyping and series production.
