Transfer Press

NKC’s transfer press consists of three hydraulic presses in series—one rated at 630 tons and two at 400 tons—supplemented by a 225-ton eccentric press. This combination makes it possible to process workpieces up to 650 × 650 × 500 mm with high precision and repeatability. The transfer press is particularly well suited for series production and complex components where efficiency and quality are critical.

How it works!

A transfer press operates by using multiple presses in sequence to form the material step by step, enabling efficient production of components with complex geometries. The workpiece is automatically transferred between stations, where each press applies the appropriate force at each stage to achieve the desired shape and dimensional accuracy.

At NKC, the process is controlled by advanced systems that ensure precise force distribution, short cycle times, and full traceability. The combination of hydraulic and eccentric presses allows both medium-sized and large production runs to be processed without compromising quality or precision, delivering a stable and reliable production flow from start to finish.
