The automated equipment can treat components up to 840 \u00d7 840 \u00d7 600 mm, while the manual phosphating process handles larger products up to 2,000 \u00d7 2,000 \u00d7 450 mm. Manganese phosphating is a surface treatment that creates a durable, corrosion-resistant coating on metal, improving the component\u2019s service life and lubricity. At NKC, both automated and manual processes are used to achieve optimal results depending on the size and complexity of the product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the automated equipment, components are conveyed through a controlled phosphating bath with precisely regulated temperature and chemical concentration, while the manual process enables the treatment of large or irregularly shaped parts.
